Created by the French designers Henri de Sant Julien and Jacques Denain, the Tungstene deck was initially created for the artists’ private use. However, Dan & Dave put on sale a limited amount of decks.
The one-way back design of the cards displays the Earth bursting with ideas. Each card features a quick response code which will reveal a text in French. The deck is fully custom. The court cards and Jokers are based on real people. For example, the Jack of Spades is a tribute to Dominique Duvivier, a French magician. The deck comes with two extra cards, one of them featuring a small labyrinth that reminds us how difficult getting a good idea can be.
