What options do I have, when it comes to reducing shipping costs?
It is best to write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting cheaper shipping options or requesting reservation of decks to collectively order them.
At Rareplayingcards we strive to give our clients the best possible services which includes saving on shipping while ensuring the packages actually get delivered.
For international clients who are not offered USPS shipping options or any shipment apart from the $35 FedEx Economy (with tracking): 1-12 Decks, we have experienced poor local postal conditions in your country and hence have opted to choose FedEx as the only reliable source.
However we understand you may wish to order few decks at a time.
To save on repeated shipping costs we offer to reserve decks for you, so that you can order 8-12 of them together. This way your shipping cost per deck will be as low as $3 per deck (35/12).
Our reservations have no deadlines and we will hold them for at least a year :)
When will my order ship out?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after they are received.
Timelines during the COVID-19 Epidemic.
Please understand standard delivery timelines are not applicable till the pandemic ends.
Delays are normal and should be expected, especially for UK and other international countries.
While we aim to process and ship out orders within 48 hours it is possible that during certain weeks processing may take more than a few days.
Your patience and understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.

What size are your playing cards?
All of our playing cards are standard poker size (2.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall)
Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the world. Shipping options are available for the United States, Canada, and worldwide. If you do not see your country listed please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall facilitate you.
How are your playing cards shipped?
You will be able to choose between a variety of courier options depending on the country you wish to receive the decks in.
Being on of the oldest retailers of playing cards we understand the absolute need for a collectors playing card deck to arrive in the most pristine condition. Hence we have partnered up with a professional fulfillment company to fulfill all our orders using the best practices to ship playing cards. All packages are mailed in protective bubble wrap and are shipped in a cardboard box which provided extra dexterity and protection.
We DO NOT use bubble mailers or envelopes :)
We take extra care to ensure that your package arrives safely!
Can I track my order? Where is it?
Yes! Visit our Track Order page or click the tracking link that was e-mailed to you when your order was shipped. Or if not revert to the very top of this page and get in touch with us and we will help you track your order.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We also offer the option to pay using PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
I know someone who loves playing cards. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! RPC Gift Cards are great for collectors, magicians, poker players, and cardists. We offer a selection over 300 of the most sought after playing cards. Our gift cards are printable and electronic. Visit our Gift Cards page to purchase.
What are RPC Rewards? How do I earn points?
RPC Rewards is our customer loyalty program which allows you to earn points for making purchases or referring friends.
To be eligible you must sign up for an account before placing your order. Points will be added to your account after your order is fulfilled. Click the gift Icon on the bottom right hand side to get rewards today!
Can I combine discount codes?
Unfortunately no, only one (1) discount code is allowed per order.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! Our return policy is 15 days from your original purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, sealed and in the original packaging.
